Just about to take the plunge and buy a new laptop. Any suggestions for a laptop around the £800 mark.
Been looking at the Asus N56VJ
or Lenovo Z580.
The Asus is potentially upgradeable to 16GB of RAM whilst according to Crucial Ram the Lenovo can only take 8GB. Should this concern me?
Primarily, it should see me through three years of College, but also run my Jamvox Monitor ( a device that allows me to play my guitar through my laptop) , I would like to also play movies, music and the odd game. So I'm guessing that I need an I7 chip and plenty of memory.
What do everyone think of the ones built by Pc Specialist?
Thanks for all of your time and patience,
The samsung looks just the ticket to me. Three years Guarantee too. So great deal I think.
That's a good price for laptop of that spec , and with the 3yr warranty , is a bit of a steal .
