Hi, I'm considering migrating to ADSL4LESS's broadband package however was unsure whether it is a good idea after using V21. Is the £14.99 package from ADSL4LESS reliable? And is the customer service good?

Thanks, Charence

Thanks

I won't be paying £70 activation if I choose ADSL4LESS because I'm migrating so I just pay an extra £14.99. My current BB ISP charges £19.99, thanks anyway.

I received a reply from ADSL4LESS customer service today saying that their reliability is not an issue.

"Our broadband is provided in conjunction with BT, it uses the BT network
from the exchange etc. so reliability is not an issue."

What does this mean? V21 also say they use BT, but they're far from being reliable. Is anybody using this ISP and is it any good? Advantages/Disadvantages?

Cheers, Charence
