55inch 4k Samsung TV - DSE Effect!

I recently bought a Samsung UE55KU6800k TV, well 6 weeks ago, this a newish 4k model with nano crystal technology. For the last 7 years I have watched a 42” Panasonic Plasma Vierra.

Watching football I can see what forums describe as the DSE problem. On other pictures this is not so noticeable, and the definition & colours are excellent.

Should I keep this and accept the effect, which reading forums I believe is inevitable with LED Tvs to some extent. Or should I return and swap for a better TV, for example the Panasonic 802, or a higher priced Samsung? Are main use is watching live TV (Freeview) and some films form time to time streamed.

I have replaced the set once already at Currys, but the 2nd set is the same. It was £999 (now £899!) so a lot of money, but I accept I could have paid a lot more.

I have reported this to Samsung and await their comments. I still have 2 weeks with currys to get a refund – but I still need a TV of course.
