Stop Users Using my machine

My machine is currently running on a work network. But it seems that when I am out of the office, people use and abuse my machine.

Is there anyway to stop other people from logging into my machine?

work machines are normally set so that selecting ctrl alt del simultaneously allows the user to lock the pc if not have a word with your it support.

There are a few ways to do this - but as stated above - you need to check with your IT dept - quick solution is to put a screen saver on with a password to unlock it - this activates when you set the screensaver to come on if PC inactive for a certain amount of time. If you need help to set this up post back.
