Removal of unwanted Mac Auto Fixer specifically

  wishtobwireless 10:45 07 Dec 2018

I am a MacBook Air user and all of a sudden Mac auto fixer has appeared and is extremely annoying. I have attempted to try and get rid of it by googling etc and tbh have no idea what I am doing. Would someone be able to step me through this at all?
I have attempted so far and found Utility but got no further. Found it in finder but it said it was running so could not send to trash etc Any help would be appreciated Thank you
