Recover permanently deleted files from trash -Mac

Can someone help?! I was trying to be organised to put all of my documents into folders and somehow or another I have ended up deleting everything from the Trash bin on my mac. I have tried Time Machine, Disk Drill, and EaseUS but nothing seems to be working. Disk Drill is finding files with plist. and pss. file names, but I am not sure if these are my files, or just applications or parts of applications if that makes sense. I am at my wits end now as I just don't know what to do. I have lost all of my online CPD learning that I've been doing whilst in lockdown as I'm a teacher. I'm just concerned about those files that I made my notes on, there must be about 10 files that I really need back! Sorry to ramble on, but hopefully someone can help me?
