I am trying to figure out a way of creating a macro so that I can clik on a single button to print an email with a certain printer setting. This is to try to be a bit greener so that I can print emails. So I want to priint all my emails double sided.

I can easliey do thi sin word by just creating a macro by using the record macro function. There does not seem to be a record macro function in outlook (2003). I tried just cutting and pasting the word macro into a module but this did not work.

Any suggestions?
