MacOS Network Drive Access Issue

  robabarnett 20:04 28 Jan 2018

Can anyone help please?. I've got a Seagate USB disk attached to my BT router at home. Every device in the house can access the drive, Windows Phone, iPhones, iPads, Android Phones, Raspberry Pie, Windows 10 PC but not my MBP running MacOS High Sierra. Even a Linux virtual desktop running on the MBP can see the drive. I've tried connecting to the drive using connect to server option in Finder using both drive name and IP address but get the message "there was a problem connecting to the server....Please contact your system administrator"
