Macbook pro osx high sierra won't start

I have tried all won't start options. #5. boot up your mac in safe boot and verbose mode the black screen said some things then went into an endless sequential starting at somewhere near Process[170] crashed:opendirectoryd. Too many corpses being created. It is now up to 563 and continuing. What does this mean and how can I fix it? Thank you.

see here click here Not particularly helpful, but you are not alone.

Does CMD + R work for you? If so install the OS to a minimum 32gb USB drive. Boot from that and you can recover your and then reinstall OS to main drive.

If CMD + R doesn't work, try ALT + CMD + R and hold the key combination until you see the progress bar start.
