macbook pro high sierra stuck on restart

I restarted my mbp 2017 running high sierra, some programs needed updating.

I restarted, went to disk utility and "first aid"ed the macosx (I think) drive. It performed the repair in 2 seconds and when I restart same problem.

Can anyone help? I have no backups. See image.

I left out that it's getting stuck when restarting. After a few minutes a black screen comes up saying: your computer restarted because of a problem, press s key to restart or try again.
