How to set an image as a folder's icon (batch way)

Hi, I am a student of photography, I take pictures of hundred of models and I have over 2 thousand picture, all organized by models, years and months. As a way of organizing my library, I like to put the image of the model as a folder icon and for that purpose, I use to use the app comicbooklover. I will just throw the folder within the app and the first picture of the folder would appear as icon. But I have recently upgrade to High Sierra and even though I use the same version of comicbooklover, it doesn't do the trick anymore. I would like to know if anyone knows an application that can do this? Thank you
