How to move folders in Mac Mail

On an old Mac the user has created several folders, in Mac Mail, to save eMails. They are listed under "On My Mac"

My question is how do I move these folders and their contents to a new Mac.

The two would not connect either directly or through the router and so I ran Time machine to an external drive and have got everything else transferred except these folders??

If you go to the mailbox menu item there is an option to export mailbox. Do this to a flash drive then import into the new machine
