Apple eMusic store total lack of responce.

Below is copied a help request I sent to APPLE
25/6/04 I have had no reply or explaination from them apart from a automatic acknowledement to my enquiry/complaint.
Does any one have any ideas how to get an answer from apple?
I spoke on the same day to Apple live help line for computer problems and was told "off the record" that all queries were being routed to USA and that they were so snowed under that 72 hour turn round was the norm, but 96 hour plus later I think they have had long enough

PLEASE FIND BELOW 3 COPIES OF YOUR BILLS.
I TRIED TO DOWN LOAD THIS MUSIC BUT YOU WILL SEE FROM THE COMMENTS AT THE TOP OF EACH BILL THAT TWO BILLS FOR MUSIC WERE NOT DOWNLOADED
IF I LOOK AT THE MISSING TITLES IN MUSIC SHOP I GET THE MESSAGE THAT I HAVE "DOWN LOADED ALREADY DO YOU WANT TO CONTINUE?" SO YOU SYSTEM THINKS I HAVE THE TUNES BUT I DON'T BUT YOU DO HAVE MY MONEY.
IF I CHECK ON THE I-TUNES SOFTWARE THE STATE OF ORDERS I GET THE MESSAGE :-UNABLE TO CHECK FOR PURCHASED MUSIC.AN UNKNOWN ERROR OCCURRED [-48]
WHAT IS GOING ON? HOW DO I GET MY MUSIC OR MY MONEY BACK?
