BT has launched its new ‘Stay Fast Guarantee’ for both new and existing BT broadband customers. This service commitment speed guarantee will ensure broadband is always up to speed no matter what package BT customers are on.
Ultrafast Fibre customers already benefit from a speed guarantee, but now BT has rolled it out across all of its broadband packages making it the first and only Fibre broadband to offer a Stay Fast Guarantee for speeds of up to 150Mb. This guarantee will now provide all customers with round-the-clock speed monitoring, personalised line checks and BT’s most reliable broadband ever.
BT’s Marketing Director, Kelly Barlow claims, “With our new Stay Fast Guarantee, we don’t just guarantee customers’ broadband speeds, we constantly check and optimise them, so they’ll get reliable broadband speeds all day every day. If a customer’s broadband falls below their personal speed guarantee, then we have an expert team of service agents on hand to get things back to normal as soon as possible - ensuring they get the best and most personal broadband experience.”
Not only are experts from around the country on hand to solve sluggish broadband speeds, customers can also perform their own speed checks in the comfort of their home by logging into their My BT account.
In order to fulfil this commitment to customers’ broadband speeds with the Stay Fast Guarantee, BT conducts regular personal line checks. Broadband speeds are monitored and in the case of a fault being discovered, BT aim to fix the customer’s broadband speeds within 30 days or they will be eligible to receive £20, up to 4 times a year.
