Google Home is the gadget you'll want to show off, but your house guests don't want to hear a news report or the weather. Here are some funny things to ask Google Assistant for an entertaining response, and if you don't have a Google Home/Nest smart speaker you can also ask on your phone, tablet or watch.
We've listed the responses given to us by Google Home at the time of writing, though for many of these questions there is more than one answer given. Try repeating the questions for alternative responses.
One of the most recent additions to Google Assistant's entertaining responses ties in with yesterday's release of the Frozen 2 movie. You can now ask Google to read you a Frozen story, and it will read out one of 20 tales voiced by either Elsa, Anna, Kristoff or Olaf.
We're also getting close to that time of year where your kids might enjoy talking to Santa via Google Assistant, although the feature doesn't currently appear to be available in the UK. (This happened last year too, sometimes working and sometimes not, so try it out before you ask the kids to come and see.)
Here are 150 more funny things to ask your Google Home speaker or Google Assistant-powered devices.
