PC manufacturer, Protek, has ceased trading and the directors of the company have left the country.

The company, which had aggressively expanded its operation over the last year, has closed its doors and appointed administrative receivers.

The receivers, BN Jackson Norton, confirmed that the company had ceased trading and that a creditors meeting would be held in Taunton, Somerset on 31 July.

A source added that the directors of the company were currently believed to be ‘on holiday’.
