The Max, which were rumoured to release as the AirPods Studio, launched on 8 December and are already available to pre-order from Apple.
The wireless headphones feature Apple's H1 chipset, which powers the AirPods Max's Active Noise Cancellation, Transparency Mode and Spatial Audio along with Adaptive EQ, a feature you might recognize from the Homepod Studio. Surprisingly, the headphones only work with Apple products.

When do the AirPods Max release?
The AirPods Max are available to pre-order now with the release date set for 15 December. If you order from Apple, the wait time is approximately 12-14 weeks so you may have better luck with faster delivery from other retailers.
The headphones are available in space grey, silver, sky blue, green, and pink.
