At MWC 2015, Microsoft launched two new Windows Phones: the Lumia 640 and 640 XL. They're very similar phones, differing mainly in their screen sizes: 5in and 5.7in respectively. Here's everything you need to know about the Lumia 640 and 640XL release date, price and specifications in the UK. Read our Lumia 640 and XL review from MWC.
In a nutshell, the pair are budget devices with 720p screens and unremarkable processors. The larger phone has better cameras and a bigger battery. The 640 is mainly available in a glossy finish, while the XL is predonimantely matte with only white as a glossy option.
