"windows ip configuration, whats wrong?"

The report shows that the PC's Ethernet adapter tried to contact a DHCP server but failed to retrieve a valid IP address. The computer then assigned itself one from the APIPA range. That fall-back mechanism allows Windows file and printer sharing to work, but sadly, not the Internet.
