Windows desktop icons text alignment

Hi,

can someone please explain to me how to get the text of the desktop shortcut to appear to the right of the icon. An example is shown in the screenshot below.

What Operating System? I suspect the screenshot is from a Mac, where, I believe , the text is to the right. I suspect that for Windows you need a 3rd party application or a registry hack - why bother?

Sorry, i forgot to mention the OS is a Windows 8.1. To my knowledge, no 3rd party software was used to make the text this way... To clarify, the above screenshot is from my computer, and i have no idea how i managed to do that...
