Windows 7 Recovery Loop

I recently mounted a Virtual Disk so I could install Windows 8.1, as I didn't have a CD or USB avalible. After this, I started the install process by starting the EXE file from the ISO. After a while my system rebooted into recovery mode and hasn't came out ever since. I've tried each option in the menu and CHKDSK and BOOTREC from the CMD but all haven't worked. I just want my PC back!!!

I would try system restore in safe mode if you have not already done so, probably won't work but worth a try anyway.
