Vista SP1 Installed?

Just downloaded some update from Microsoft (20Mb), although I had previously loaded the latest updates last night - was this Sp1 I wonder?? Reasoning for questioning this is, yes it rebooted twice and displayed Setp 1, 2 and 3 etc with step 3 keeping at 0% (as in the latest Pc Advisor), but unlike the article in PC Adv., there is no change to me start menu ie "search" is not present on the Start Menu and can be program configurable, nor does my System Screen does display Service Pack 1.

Type winver into the start menu and press enter, it should then tell you.

Open 'Windows Update' and check the list of 'Installed Updates' it will tell you exactly what was installed and, if your list is like mine, SP1 is not amongst it.
