Vista Home Premium

I'm looking to upgrade a Home PC which also gets used an awful lot for website development. I'm on XP Pro at the moment and chose this a while ago as I needed the IIS feature which wasn't available on the Home version.

If I purchase Vista Home Premium then does this have the IIS support I'll need to set up a testing server with PHP / mySQL? Therefore would I save myself the cash over choosing the business edition which contains extra networking and backup features that I probably don't need?

On Home Premium could I install PHP, mySQL and Apache to use as a testing server? Anyone here done this?
