Vista CDs or DVDs?, and evalution copies?

I read somewhere that if you buy Vista as a DVD it comes with evaluation copies of every other version as well (Home basic, home premium, business, ultimate) which you can try for 30 days.

My question is does Vista always come on a DVD (and not CD) and does it always come with every other version on the DVD which the article said it did?

And if so then if you have a DVD, and are ever asked for it, if doing some system maintenance (the way you were asked for the CD in XP) .... will any Vista DVD work with any machine. This would be nice as opposed to having to be the OEM home or retail home or OEM premium or retail premium etc .... DVD. ?

Oh yes, and does anyone know if the Dell vista DVD that Dell ship with new computers is the same, or is it (probably) a completely Dell CD that only works on the specific Dell machine ?
