Upgraded "W 8.1 to W 10", Trackpad stopped working

My Medion Erazer successfully upgraded to W 10, and I was trying to move the "Onedrive" folder from the "C" drive to the "D" data drive when the track pad became jittery and eventually stopped working! Any idea how to get it back?

I just can't use the machine at all!

Just an anoying update! Scoured the net for a solution but all were directing you hear there and anywhere, not much good when you have no means of navigation! I must admit the KB shortcuts I know are few and basic!

Once I found someone who had a grasp of that slight impediment, I was able to summon the Device manager, ...where all appeared normal,

....and the damned track pad worked like it always had!

Don'cha just hate it when that happens!
