Unable to logon to Vista Home Edition

I have a friend who has a HP Touchsmart PC running 64 bit Vista Home Edition. After a long telephone line and power outage he was able to logon. When he subsequently closed down and went to restart in the morning he entered his password which he has used for many years and got a message saying "incorrect password", and so he is unable to logon. He is the only user and had administrator rights. Is there any easy way to correct this problem?

The traditional way to solve this problem is reinstall Windows Vista or restore it to factory settings. As we all know, Windows computer has no password required to login default. But the disadvantage of these traditional ways is data loss probably. Here I introduce another effective way for you. It can guarantee computer safety and high affection. Windows Password Recovery Tool 3.0 works like that.
