My neighbour had a freeserve account to receive emails - but he never sent any from the account. IO'd get a plaintiff call that he wasn't receiving his emails. It turned out that they suspended the account if an email wasn't sent within 90 days of the last - I had to go into the, then Wanadoo page and restore it. If Orange continue this procedure could this be your problem?
