I have the same problem. It hasn't affected my computer I don't think but I have checked for a fix for this problem and don't seem to be able to find any. I am using Vista home premium. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have recently started getting this message every time I log in. It goes on to say that windows will search for a solution to this problem and let me know if there is a fix.

Apparently there isn't one because it never gets back to me. It doesn't seem to affect anything on my computer that I can tell. It gives me no detail as to what the program is that stopped working.

Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

Have you got a Lexmark printer or scanner?

If so I think it's this click here which you can stop using the instructions in my link or go into msconfig and take it out of the start up list.

Thank you anskyber. I've done what you suggest; will see how it goes.

Thanking you anskyber.I also done as you suggested but it had no affect on my system, but you did put me on the right track. I had a Dell photo printer that was also running with my Lexmark. I uninstalled the Dell for it was only there as a backup and the error message has now gone. Thanks again.
