Rip Audio from Flash Video

I need to show a friend how to rip the audio from a downloaded flash video (from youtube). I use mplayer (on opensuse) for this but my friend only has a p/c with Vista.

Can any kind person point me in the right direction.

You need something like this which if you read towards the bottom is designed for Vista.

It's not free however (after the trial) so you may need to hunt around if you want one which is free. click here

PS, I see further down there is a free extractor but I cannot vouch for it.

then you could use media convert click here If you upload the .flv file one of the output options is .mp3, this is what I use.

Hope this helps
