Program installation permissions

Vista Ultimate: Something has changed on my system. Untill of late, I have always been able to install software but now I get a message - Restricted Access user Accout - you do not have adequate operating systems rights to install software - etc". I then have to logon as "the true administrator" (thanks to PCAuthority - Getting back your admin rights). This is really annoying switching between the two Admin accounts. I regularly update the OS and drivers.

Sometimes vista seems a bit picky with what software it allows and what it doesn't.
I found turning my uac in control panel>user accounts resolved this problem.
Also heres a link to a download that adds a run as administrator option to a folder by right clicking on it.
May be useful.
