Premium vs Ultimate

I'm thinking of buying a new pc with Vista,but which version?I'm a home user,watch video,play music,edit video,edit music and record music and my son plays games(alot)I'll have another pc with W XPpro sp2 and will set up a home network when the new pc arrives.What i would like to know is am i better to get Ultimate or Premium and 32bit or 64 bit?Thanks.

Based on the above, DO NOT GET VISTA!!!!
I don't hate Vista, on the contrary, but the software and hardware compatibility issues hit hardest on exactly these points. Not to mention DRM issues which limit your audio-visual experience, at least if you are a honest user, legally buying software/films/music
