Office 2007 upgrade from Trial

This isn't exactly a Windows Vista question but I have a trial version of Office 2007 Standard that I downloaded from the Office website.
My trial ends tommorow (28 Feb) and I want to know that if I buy an upgrade version of Office 2007 Standard, will my trial count as a version of office I can upgrade from.

Will love any answers, if this doesn't make sence then say and i'll try and make it sound more clear

Thanks :)

As far as I know this is not possible. You have to have a valid bough office package from any version to be eligible for an upgrade version.

I think Jimmy14 is right. I did read somewhere (that I cannot find!) that even copies of Microsoft Works met the upgrade criteria but I regret I cannot confirm the point.

Version 6.0 to 10.0 of Microsoft works is eligible for purchasing a upgrade copy of office 2007. Says it on the Microsoft site here,

Jon-ny,
Get a copy of Microsoft works whether it be any version, they are very cheap and then you can buy a upgrade copy of office 2007. Save you a lot of money.

The cheapest way to do this is to upgrade from MS Works.
