Hi, its me again

I have a Pavillion dv7-1129 wm laptop. With Windows Vista Home Premium ... Amd Turion (tm) X2 dual-core moble Rm-72 2.10 GHZ...Ram-2814... 32-bit Operating sytem When I go to Device manager, than to Realtek RTL8101 Family-PCI -E Fast Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0) and try update driver software, it states that the best software for your device is already up to date; I already installed the drivers I got from the HP website. When I right click and to properties, it states(This device cannot start. (Code 10). And I am still not able to get on the internet. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE Thank you

Go to Device Manager, Network Adapters, select your RTL8101, Right Click on it, click on Properties,Open the Driver Tab, down at the bottom click on Uninstall, then OK and reboot your computer. Let Windows find it all over again and see if this works.
