sections mean ?

Windows vista business, no VPNs or anything unusual set up, just a basic home wireless setup.

it's pretty dry and complicated, and a full explanation would have us both asleep in minutes.

Suffice it to say that it's concerned with a Windows networking component called IPv6, which handles network addressing.

It wouldn't put me too sleep since I want to know. Anyway sleep on if you are already asleep.

I found how to disable it, currently not needed by the majority of people since it may cause connection problems :

easily enabled if needed again.
