i am running windows 7, but am unable to open any type of doc from my email. the only option i have is to save to my computer but this does not happen when activated, all it does is scan for viruses. Can you help
A Question: When you try to Save to your PC, where are you telling the PC to save it to?
You'll probably find that you have many saved files at the location specified, which is unlikely to be the one you expected, but will be shown if you carefully look at the panel that opens up when you first "Right Click" and gives you to option to rename the file.
thanks for your reply, the system actually doesn't give me any options, it just runs a scan then stops, i have looked in most of the folders that would normally be a recipient of downloads but nothing appears
