i can't see the Hyper-V on the features when i clicked turn on/off windows feature.could anyone please help me find/add hyper-V on my laptop.

Its forth on the list when you go into turn features on or off but only available on 64 bit Pro version. Virtualisation needs to be turned on in BIOS too, that is if your PC supports it.
