Default language seems to be in Arabic?

  edenworkshops 19:21 17 Jan 2015

I have just switched to a new PC, or rather an old PC.

Some parts of Windows appear to be in what I think is Arabic. For example in the bottom right hand corner where the clock is, the numbers are ok but the dayseems to be in Arabic. Also the date on incoming emails, the numbers are ok but the day/month/year are in Arabic (I think).

Any ideas how to sure this please?

Thank you.
