Anything like Everest for Vista ?

As I now have a new PC with Vista, I'd like to understand what's happening in the PC itself - with my old XP system I had the free version of Everest installed, so I got temperatures, CPU, Motherboard etc info.

Is there anything similar available for Vista PC's (it's motherboard info I'm especially interested in) - I heard Everest was not compatable with Vista Premium ?

Many thanks

I am using Everest on Vista it is version 2.20.405. I haven't used it much yet but it seems ok.

Belarc Adviser have a new Vista version and that works ok.

i found none of the above gave me temps, ie they were greyed out. this is the only program that worked fully for me click here

I have temps bar one SATA drive, the rest are ok, as is CPU etc.

strange how some programs work for some and not others, for example ad aware never worked fully for me either, yet for others it's fine?
