I'm having problems with Vista - possibly due to Norton software. Norton updated yesterday and the problems started.Everytime the computer starts within a couple of minutes I get a black screen with obscured blue text then the PC reboots itself.I can get it started in safe mode but this will not allow me to uninstall Norton and possibly get rid of the problem.Everytime I try to use the restore function nothing happens - it just loads for a second then disappears.I have tried everything I can think of and it has not worked. Any suggestions???Copy of the error log below:ProductAutomatic LiveUpdate Scheduler ServiceProblemStopped workingDate05/04/2008 15:19StatusReport SentProblem signatureProblem Event Name: APPCRASHApplication Name: AluSchedulerSvc.exeApplication Version: 22.214.171.124Application Timestamp: 47ae3da3Fault Module Name: ntdll.dllFault Module Version: 6.0.6000.16386Fault Module Timestamp: 4549bdc9Exception Code: c0000005Exception Offset: 0003b15fOS Version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.768.2Locale ID: 2057Additional Information 1: 09f8Additional Information 2: 50974e8c1d036ee7d913649ed5330cb9Additional Information 3: 08fcAdditional Information 4: 8d3ff7ca5d605e3cab9541a38a68110bExtra information about the problemBucket ID: 652180454The computer is a Fujitsu Siemens laptop.
