What is the difference between b and g with regards to Wireless LAN.

What are the pro/cons for each variant?

Cheers

Well g is fater than b.

b = 11Mbps

g = 54Mbps

For internet usage you'll see no difference as internet connections for the home user are no way near 11Mbps.

You'll see the speeds come into networking, sending large files across a network. To which g wil be the fater at.
