Whats the dotted arrow for?

I'm talking about the one in the middle of the red PCAdvisor banner at the top of this page. Its pointing to the word 'about'.

Anyone know?

Its just pointing to the six options, hover the mouse over them and you will see they are links.

take a look at what pops up if you hover the mouse over the actual arrow.

Shame they can't spell "with" on the register pop up bit !!!

it's the letter T from the register part lying on it's side maybe?
