Regardless of any immigration issues, if the minimum wage can no longer be enforced for foreign workers, it would appear to be a rogue gangmasters charter.

Britain still as illegal sweat shops, where some workers who work excessive long hours, are only receiving payment via food and accommodation.

The authorities may make media headlines now and again, with their raids. But its only the tip of the iceberg. Where there is money to be made, in large amounts by unscrupulous people, then anything is possible, and it doesn't need some legal people to add their tuppence worth, and make further misery's and more wide scale problems for the less fortunate.

people from exploiting a cheap labour pool. It's been going on for a long time in Europe, and also in America. It has happened here for hundreds of years.
