What does this sign mean

It is a yellow oblong with a v shape one end, pointing downwards with a reflective cicle.(ie tall,thin arrow) it is found growing at the corners of road junctions in Cardiff.

Oops, that was not what I designed, obviously unneccesary spaces have been removed. Basiclly its like a sharpened lollipop stick with the sharp end pointing down.

I have mapped read round Europe and the Black Mountains/Wales is the only place I have ever got lost badly.

If you could find a link to a web page with a photo, it may help (It’s probably a cunning sign to confuse the English).

Cannot find a photo anywhere, googled and tried highway signs and code.

Have thought of maybe a better description. It is the same shape as the plastic labels in pot plants, long and thin, yellow with silver reflective circle. Leaving the country soon so no tinme for photo.
