I've just heard that Wayne Rooney has had a hair transplant. The rules of the forum stop me making a comment about a much more needy transplant.

What do you mean - a couple of inches too high?

To be honest who cares

I have the perfect cure for baldness. Choose your Father with more care.

Wish I had known this when I was twenty-five - too late now.

I can’t understand the issues some men have with baldness. It’s perfectly natural and not a sign of anything untoward. My dad was almost completely bald by his late 30’s and I’m not far off that and I’m in my late 40’s. I don’t think there is a wig or transplant available that looks like the real thing. Take Elton John – that must be the best hair transplant money can buy and it looks like next door’s cat sleeping on his head!

Perhaps he should have gone for a vocabulary implant instead!!!!! :-))

worst scenario 's are the sad middle age men that comb the long wispy bit over their bald head which hangs dow the side of their face on a windy day.

as for waynes op, if he can afford it why not at least the nhs is not paying for, as bingaloo hinted he could well do with another transplant but medical science is not there yet.
