When the number plate system was launched in 2001 were were told that the numbers would last for years. I'm now wondering what will hapen from 2011 onwards. The began AA 51 AAA (2001) and presumably 2010 will be AA 50 AAA, but what happens after that?

I once found all the new ones they have provided for so far, but having trouble finding it again. Goes up to 2050 or somewhere round there I think.

Pineman100. It could be worse, some of us lie awake at night thinking of tinned tomato's.
