turning off frost free freezer

i need to turn off my frost free freezer for 3 or 4 days, can you just do it, or would i get any puddles on the floor over the next day or so. i know you don't have to defrost them at all, but was just wondering what would happen when you turn it off completly for a period of time.

There is no ice formation, so you'll get no puddles.

A fan circulates the cold air within the fridge which prevents ice forming on the surfaces.

But I imagine any food left in it would thaw out...

We have a frost free fridge freezer unit. The fridge part remains clear, but the freezer part can produce ice covered contents, depending on fill capacity. Overfill and there might be a air circulation restriction. So if you have overfilled the unit, bear this in mind.
