I have a spare, redundant HDD in my drawer which I keep meaning to do something about. I also have a free program that I downloaded called "killdisk". I believe this owerwrites and rubbishes everything on the disc several times - with the assurance that nothing would ever be recovered from the disc. Anyone verify/not verify this program?
