'US scientists believe fireworks may have caused thousands of birds to fall from the sky over an Arkansas town on New Year's Eve'...errrrmmmmmm, the last time I checked the most popular time to let off fireworks tends to be in the dark, for blindingly obvious reasons. Birds are usually catching their zzzzs then. Glad to see the scientists are on the ball though.
