I am aware that statistics can be read many different ways but is this due to a change in children's, teachers or parents behaviour, or just the way teachers are or are not allowed to discipline children?

You would normally put it down to bad parents but it affects a lot of different parents.Their kids are over active and run about daft all day.It has been put down to what they eat and drink.Coke Chocolate Burgers and I think Smarties are about the worst. My grandson is only six and never sits on his backside. But then again he is not unruly at school. It is a bad situation and getting worse.
