Well, it's all or nothing tonight... England don't want to make an ignominious exit as the World Cup holders.

However I don't see any winning vision that World Cup holders should radiate.

I agree with you but Wales and Scotland must also win to go through and Ireland have to score 4 tries to get a bonus point and win their match by 7 points. There`s going to be tears in some of the "Home Nations" before Sunday`s out!

  Bingalau 13:34 28 Sep 2007

Good luck to all our "Home Teams".

"There`s going to be tears in some of the "Home Nations" before Sunday`s out!"

It's a good time to buy shares in kleenex... British Rugby Union is most definitely on the ropes.

Ireland will probably be only one to go out

If England loose it will be the first time that the current World Champions have gone out in the group stages of the competition.
So pressure then!

Off to the pub now for the customary gallon or so of beer that goes with the ritual of supporting ones country, through thick n' thin n' thiner!

  Quiller. 19:12 28 Sep 2007

Good luck to all the home nations playing this weekend.

to Scotland... Commiserations to Wales... England, you've found some fire.

Pity about Italy, with my family connections, my order of support is...

1. England, country of birth
2. Scotland, country of my forefathers.
3. Italy, country adopted by a sister & cousin
99. France!
